Registration Information, Terms
& Conditions
Fees: Fee includes your Registration, Materials, a Continental
Breakfast, Midmorning Snack and Mid-afternoon Snacks! Please note that the
workshop registration fee does not include airfare or sleeping rooms.
Terms:
No personal checks will be accepted. You may register with a Purchase
Order Number, and the Purchase Order will be billed upon receipt with payment
due immediately. Registrations may be paid with a money order, a school or
district check, or via online credit card payment. To make credit card

Purchase Orders:
Registration fees are due at time of registration. Purchase orders
stating that payment will not be made until after services have are rendered
and/or stating that payment will be made within sixty days, does NOT change or
override our company policy of payment being required prior to the workshop.
Late
Payment - All payments received after the date of the workshop will be
assessed a late penalty of $50 per registrant unless other arrangements were
made with 21st Century Schools at the time of registration.
Program Cancellation: 21st Century Schools reserves the right to
cancel programs because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a
cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds. If
you plan to purchase nonrefundable airline tickets, contact 21st
Century Schools to find out if your program is being considered for
cancellation.
Cancellation
by Registrant:
a fee of $50 will be retained for cancellations received in writing 30
business days before the event. After that date, registration fees will not be
refunded, though they may be transferred to another participant.
No Show:
Anyone registering for a workshop and not attending without notifying
21st Century Schools within the cancellation deadlines will be billed in full.
Cancellation by 21st Century Schools:
21st Century Schools, LLC reserved the right to
cancel a workshop for any reason. If we
must cancel, we will refund registration fees.
We are not responsible for expenses incurred by
the purchase of non-refundable air tickets or
any other expenses. We also reserve the
right to change the conference location if
necessary, and will notify you immediately if
such a change occurs.
Late
Registrations: Late
registrations are those registrations that are received via email, fax, phone or
the online registration form within 30 business days of the workshop. Late
registrations are subject to a $25 late registration fee unless other
arrangements are approved by 21st Century Schools. All
registrations, no matter what the date of registration, are subject to the No
Show policy. This includes registrations for which payment has not yet
been received.
Travel and Lodging: Participants are responsible for their own transportation,
lodging and meals (other than those provided at the workshop).

On-Site Registration: When space is available, on-site registration is possible
for an additional $25 fee. Call 24 hours prior to your meeting to ensure it has
not sold out.
Photographs: Unless you
notify us otherwise in writing, we retain the right to take photographs of
participants during the conference and use those photographs in our educational
and promotional materials.
Food and Beverages: All institutes include continental breakfast, and
mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack breaks each day.
