The Kid's Guide to Social Action
- I consider this book a must have for every campus. It is
loaded with excellent tools and ideas. One example that stands out
in my mind is a fourth grade class that saved the Battleship Texas.
It was about to go to the scrap yard when the class heard about it.
They started a campaign to save the ship and raised the money to
have it restored.
