Bloom's Taxonomy
These are "generic" unit outcomes statements which you can
use to give yourself a jump-start in writing the outcome statements for your
unit. For additional examples and ideas, please see the online
Sample Units which use this format. Notice that the
VERBS in each statement are always in the
upper 3 levels of
Bloom's Taxonomy.
1. Find real life problems,
determine and justify best possible
solutions and their implications in order to then
make recommendations.
2. Analyze, interpret and
evaluate ___________________________, then
create and
perform/produce _____________________.
3. Teach others significant
competencies that you possess.
4. Analyze past, present and
probable future conditions in order to effect beneficial changes.
5. Analyze the past in order
to make predictions and
